Levels of Service to choose:

1. Rental valuation, independent surveys of how to make the most of your property.

£75 per property

2. Marketing and advertising your property on the internet and local newspapers only, until Landlord or his agent informs us otherwise.

£100 per property

3. Marketing and advertising your property on internet and local newspapers, interviewing and selecting tenants, arranging viewings.

33.3% of first month's rent or minimum fee of £250

4. Preparation of inventory and schedule of conditions, including photographic records if required.

From £50 per property

Other services include:

Furnishing your property by an experienced interior designer to a budget.

Design and creation of maintenance - free garden and surrounds to the property.

Arranging Garden Maintenance Service.

Normal Office Hours:

Monday: Friday 10am - 5pm
Saturday: 10am - 12 noon

Fees

Invoices must be paid on a monthly basis.
